Laurie and I came to our careers in real estate with a background that involved lots of moving around. As children in military families, we experienced all of the emotions that are involved in the transition from one home to the other, both exciting and stressful. As adults, we chose jobs early on which also required us to move every few years, so we learned first hand how easy it is to be taken advantage of when you don’t have an experienced, ethical agent looking out for you. The more we learned, the more we realized that we could make a difference by becoming REALTORS® ourselves. We could ensure that no one we worked with would ever be taken advantage of or treated unethically.

We finally settled in Omaha, where we have raised our only daughter in this vibrant and friendly community. Our strong faith and commitment to our church and its charitable activities remind us every day how important it is to give back, and we’ve learned that relationships matter more than any amount of money or material goods. We base our approach to real estate on taking care of our clients the way we’d take care of our closest family members, because providing the expertise, support, and encouragement to them through a tough time of transition is our greatest reward.
